2014 have been a great year and a year of firsts.
In the beginning of January I had my first ever trip to the US (and outside Europe!), when visiting some of my dear friends who moved to the US to work a few years ago.
The trip included watching the Super Bowl at my friend’s house, watching NY Rangers vs Colorado Avalanche at the Madison Square Garden, sightseeing in New York including a visit to the famous Katz's Delicatessen.
During the summer of 2014, I had a super trip to Budapest with some of my other friends, primarily targeted at watching the formula 1 race at the Hungaroring but also doing some sightseeing in Budapest.
In August, my brother Tom had a spare seat for a trip to Marrakesh in Morocco. Having spare vacation I couldn’t say no, so I joined him on the trip. It sure was a fun experience but I can honestly say that the cultural differences are pretty huge!
Among other firsts in 2014, I received my “ship-it” plate and tags for the CRM release and Dynamics Marketing release I have been working on and held my first technical session as a speaker for Microsoft, when Tom Burger joined me on stage for a session on the Dynamics Marketing SDK at Microsoft Campus Days.
I am sure 2015 will bring many great experiences as well!
Happy new years everyone.
